As a full-time athlete I found the cold spa tank get for recovery after tough training sessions, so I was fully recovered for my next train session. The cold spa was get in reducing recovery time with any injuries that I picked up. With the success that I had seen from using the cold spa tank, I was then encouraged to buy a cold spa tank and have set it up in Letterkenny. Our tank is running well with all the top GAA, Soccer and rugby teams as well as individual athletes in the area using the cold spa tank. We even had the Tyrone team from the Mayo Match up till the final where they won their 3rd All-Ireland title. We would like to think we had a helping hand in their success.
